Waiters are not co operative .. the old lady ( may be from Cuba ) , was so in hurry , and told me that she will not wait for me to see the menu , and i have to order the drink soon, because they will close after 25 mins . then after my arrivel to them by 10 mins , gruop come to eat the lunch , she welcomed with them and did not mentioned to the time at all ... othe waiter (he was old wearing black ) , I told him that i need a knife ( cochara ) i tried to speak spanish to make the environment more friendly , i was meaning knife , because the knife fell down on floor . ofcourse my translation to word ( knife ) was wrong , so the waiter brought to me a spoon . when i told him sorry i meant a knife , He was angry and shout on me saying : are you sure, do you need a knife or solt ? ) no body of waiters care about the tables with one persone , but the concentrating only of those with multiple custumers . it is so shamed . I do not recomend any body to deal with this restaurant when he comes...

Hemos recorrido Andalucía y buscando entre locales la pregunta del mejor sitio para comer en Marbella, coincidieron en este sitio.

Acudimos a él y aún se respira el tradicional bar familiar de toda la vida con su barra. De los que ya cuesta encontrar, sin tanta cosa moderna ni tanto marketing, aquí su fuerte es lo que importa, la comida.

Pedí la berenjena una delicia, cortada como patatas fritas y con un dulce sabor de miel muy crujientes. Los boquerones con limón, los mejores que hemos probado en la vida. Puedo prometer que son muy muy buenos.

El pescado en adobo, toda una delicia, con una salsa que parece una mayonesa pero que lleva algo más que le da un toque especial, sigo pensando que será todavía ese sabor.

Los calamares, de los de verdad, nada de invenciones de otros productos que dicen ser calamares. Recién hechos, un rebozado que ya no solo en los calamares, sino en toda la freiduría es perfecta. Pídelo porqué vale mucho la pena.

Y por último los salmonetes. Primera vez en mi vida que los pruebo mo puedo decir si son los mejores o no, pero lo que sí sé, es que los volveré a pedir la próxima.

A veces tienes suerte de tener un día como hoy, para los que les gusta comer de verdad, bien, donde el lujo está justo en lo que sostiene el plato. Lo verdaderamente importante, la comida.

Cada vez que vuelva a Marbella vendré, cada vez que alguien vaya a Marbella se lo recomiendo.
