Very disappointed with Buddies. Went to watch the football, the feed they were showing was a good 30 seconds behind so could hear the crowd at the (much busier) Emerald Sports Bar next door scream well before we saw the goals. Worse was to come with the drinks. Firstly, there's a poor beer selection. Asked for a pint of Heineken (poor choice as I said), a pint was given. Asked for a second pint of Heineken and was told that they didn't have any and the pint she'd already poured was the local lager. Things got worse when we ordered cocktails. They tasted terrible, like they were watered down and clearly missing ingredients. When we complained they said that they pre-made the cocktails in buckets and just poured them out when ordered! Also admitted they were missing some ingredients! All this for €10 per cocktail! We politely said we weren't going to drink or pay for the cocktails. She didn't...

Attentive and polite service. Delicious food and ample quantity. My starter mixed salad was huge and the staff listened to my request that I didn’t want my pizza (also absolutely delicious) served until after I had finished my salad. My request was granted and twice they checked with me before preparing the pizza. Fantastic music too! I can’t thank all the staff enough for making my evening so enjoyable. Thank you everyone!!! I had such a great time at Buddies Bar! The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, perfect for a night out with friends or meeting new people. The karaoke and live music make every night unique and full of energy.
