What an experience in this place today first we were overcharged and when we complained she gave us our money back with rudeness. Then we noticed a pidgeon inside the window eating the pizza and croissants it was walking over everything then I couldn’t believe the waitress took hold of the pidgeon with both hands and literally slammed it to the floor behind the counter she then kicked the pidgeon to the side as the pidgeon couldn’t fly or walk at this stage I had to get involved and told her to see if the bird was ok ! She was very rude to me all this time. All the customers were enraged at her behaviour only then did she try to apologise She then had to get it from where she had kicked it out of sight She continued to serve customers didn’t wash her hands all the while the bird was struggling on the floor. She did not remove the food the pidgeon had interviewed with from the display. Many tables were not cleared from previous customers. Only two people trying to run the place this place would not pass the most basic EU level of hygiene inspection. It seems to be all about money even saving on staff salary with the result of very service and...
