To me the most important item at Max Bistro is coffee, namely the preparation of Lavazza crema e aroma espresso or ristretto. I went several times with demanding friends and I can attest to the quality (I measured 71⁰C at counter, and 63⁰C when served). Very nice restaurant in a busy walking street, very close to the city center. The food was really delicious, portions are generous. What stood out the most though, was the service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our waiter had nice suggestions for us and made sure that we all have a great time. We even received some free entries on the house, which was a nice touch.
