We didn't book so we're lucky to take the last table. After we sat down several couples came in and took take away. This says a lot about the food here. I had the a la carte menu for €17 My camambert starter was delicious and not too filling. For main I chose the sirloin steak, medium. It was cooked exactly how I asked and the chips were perfect. For desert I fancied ice cream so I tried the hot cherries and ice cream. I walked back to my accommodation to reduce my guilt for eating so much. The staff are friendly and like family with many regulars. Elliot is very popular and for good reason. Remember to book a table though.
