This is a solid 4 stars. Though honestly, I'm not sure what could make it a 5 — I guess I only give 5 stars when the food blows my absolute mind.

That being said, I am only reviewing this restaurant based on the pizzas, as I did not try any of the starters or desserts. The pizza with truffle was delicious — flavour-wise, texture-wise, crunch-wise. The other pizza was alright: it tasted good and was well cooked. Nothing wrong with it; it was just a little worse than the first one, which isn’t necessarily negative.

It is such a wonderful restaurant .The working team are amazing especially Mariana. We miss your smile " beautiful, charming young lady". The food is extraordinary .Oh , I can not describe the genuine idea of having " cheese Cake" . It was entertaining and fascinating. Lots to tell about this restaurant . El gran PERO al final. Las pizzas son buenas, masas semigruesas y aireadas, sabrosas. Pedimos la que ganó el premio y no me impresionó, entiendo que era una propuesta original pero no tenía una mezcla de sabores sorprendente, volviendo atrás habria escogido otra opción. Pedimos también the Italian job que si sorprendía mas con la mezcla de sabores y diferentes tonalidades. El servicio era correcto, las pizzas llegaron rápidas. Pedimos unas patatas de entrante que nos gustaron tenían un crujiente agradable y un sabor interesante. El gran PERO del restaurante y por lo que no volveré era la peste animal de los baños. El lavabo olía fatal. A baño público rara vez limpiado, no era olor de “alguien la ha liado parda”, era olor putrefacto asqueroso, impracticable utilizarlo. Tal era la peste que en un momento dado nos llegó a la mesa el olor del baño que estaba a unos 10 metros. El baño de un restaurante por desgracia te habla de la higiene del lugar y señala a la cocina. De verdad que me sorprendió lo mal que olía. No se si era un problema puntual con las cañerías o si el personal de limpieza estaba de puente pero era un drama. Si hay un problema de cañerías pongan un cartel y disculpen las molestias al público pero...
