The food itself was good, but the service really let the experience down. Everything was incredibly slow — from getting the menus, to ordering drinks, to the food finally arriving. Our coffee order ended up going to another table, and when it eventually came, it was served in two separate rounds.

When it was time to pay, the team had no record of what we’d ordered. We had to go through everything again at the till. We were then told the waiter serving us had gone home without saying anything, and the chef had also left — so it seemed like there were issues internally that affected the whole evening.

Overall, not a great experience despite the food...

I'm not entirely sure why there are so many great reviews for this place. Clearly popular with Brits, service is patchy and not overly friendly, nothing for vegitarians (my partner's tuna pizza even had ham on it!). If you like a little bit of "Torremelinos" then this place will be right up your street. I would highly recommend heading into Antequera where there are much nicer...
