We were just passing through Monfort so chose this restaurant as it was just off the highway. and what a find! The place is very welcoming and comfortable. when lunch started, at 1pm, the place soon filled up as it is very popular. We had the menu del dia (€13) for that I got a huge plate of ham - real butcher's ham not from the supermarket followed by a succulent pork steak with chips and flan for dessert. Absolutely loved our meal at this unique and memorable restaurant! The staff were super friendly, the decor and setting very welcoming and above all the food was superb. We tried some unusual meats (locally hunted) which were cooked to perfection and so flavourful. The wine was absolutely delicious as well and their home made pineapple cake had a perfect texture and sweetness. 10/10...

La. Comida en cuanto a cantidad y elaboración muy correcto . El motivo de mi puntuación ha sido un detalle que se ha tenido con nosotros muy feo. Cuando hemos sentado en la mesa nos han sacado la carta y acto seguido una hoja ofreciéndonos más platos que no se encuentran en la carta como segunda opción. Después de ver los platos de la carta y sus precios les he preguntado si no existían a disposición del cliente un menú diario. La cara de la camarera se la cambio así como su actitud , se vió claro no les gustó está opción . Su contestación para mí asombro fue que existía un menú pero que vendría otra persona a informarnos de dicho menú. Sinceramente vimos claro que no les gustó nuestro interés en comer un menú . Pero si no pregunto no me lo ofrecen . Creo que es obligación informar del menú si lo hay y de la carta y que el cliente elija y sobre todo si elije un menú no se le cambie la cara al camarero ofreciendo un trato un tanto antipático.
