A true hidden gem! Nestled in a charming narrow street, this restaurant offered an authentic Catalan dining experience. We were the only non-locals there, and despite my limited Spanish, the server treated us with genuine warmth and care. Amazing food for a reasonable price. We paid €50 for 2 set meals that came with a few tapas dishes, a main, desert, wine and water.

The food was amazing, especially the Mussels!

If you’re visiting Montserrat, it’s definitely worth the tram ride down for this amazing meal for lunch (it’s about a 10 min walk from the station and costs €13.50 for a return trip).

Fui a comer en familia celebrando un cumpleaños y fue un gran acierto. Aunque 1o me desconcertó que me habían informado de 2 posibles menús y al llegar allí solo había en más caro por ser festivo, aun así valió la pena los 22e pagados. El restaurante es muy acojedor y tiene un ambiente rústico, eso sí es pequeño por lo que mejor reservar. Como decía el menú de 22e constaba de un pica pica, un segundo a escoger, postre y bebida (eso si agua o vino). De pica pica trajeron buñuelos de bacalao, croquetas de champiñones, patatas bravas, una ensalada a de queso de cabra y un arroz que estaba espectacular (y lo digo yo que no soy dado a los arroces), todos los platos bien presentados y para mi de buena calidad el producto, todos me gustaron. De 2o yo coji la entrama de ternera con guarnición que aunque estaba bueno no era destacable, en cambio probé el canalón y estaba buenísimo y aunque no lo probé me dijeron que el bacalao con judía estaba de 10 también. En cuanto a los postres me falto mi postre estrella (la tarta de queso) así que opte por la crema catalana que se notaba casera y estaba bien. En lo que se refiere al servicio fue perfecto, tanto en trato como en rapidez para servir.
