The Garden BBQ — Restaurant in Muro

Ordered chicken breast with fries, waited over an hour on the food. Kind of excessive since it was us and 3 other people there. Tasted good. But the service was horrible. Asked for the bill 3 times and simply got ignored😅, when the waiter finally acknowledged us he said okay and then went to go talk to someone else for 10 minutes. Probably waited for 30 minutes just to pay.. when the waiter went to take my plate to the kitchen he dropped my knife and landed right in my lap, leaving a cut since i was wearing a skirt. On arrival there wasnt a meet or greet to show us to a table, so we found a table, then after waiting at table, I went and spoke to the waiter who rudely told us to move tables as poor light. We patiently waited 20 mins too order our food, We waited a further 55mins before finally our food arrived. We had two small children which we struggled to keep occupied during wait, no communication from waiting staff. When order arrived, we stated our frustration to the waiter who merely replied 'I Know!'. No apologies. He just slammed down our food. Just a real shame of the wait time and obvious lack of staff. We ate here last week whilst on holiday. We had a brilliant evening. I ordered steak, which I like rare, and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned and about 3 inches think. Probably one is the nicest steaks I've had. Partner had the tuna steak, and our daughter had the children's tomato pasta all very, very good. Definitely recommend this place.

It states on the flier in the room that you get a discount if you are staying all-inclusive, but we were, and we didn't, so I dont know if that information is...
