Bar Honey Dukes — Restaurant in Oliva

There are 6-7 'Brit' owned bars/cafes in Oliva, all pretty good in their own way. Honey Dukes, has just the right atmosphere for me. Great hosts and attentive service to go with the outstanding and varied food menu. Mezzanine floor is a great 'chill out' zone with pool table and darts for the 'leisurely' energetic, and outside space is reasonably calm with only the occasional traffic in a one way street... hard to find in Oliva, where most streetside venues have full on cars/lorries whizzing past. Booking in advance is advised, especially for the ginormous Friday lunchtime Cod'n'Chips. Fiona's home baked puff pastry pies (a particular favourite 😍) on Thursdays also disappear quickly. If you fancy a casual game of pool, a group of us meet Thursday evenings and everyone is welcome to join us.

This is a great little English cafe with excellent and friendly service. The place is clean, the food is good and the coffee great. You can also get a proper English tea here as you can breakfasts.

There is seating on the walkway and inside air conditioning - they do have a pool table and darts but they are away from the main seating so its not intrusive.

An absolute gem of a place.

Air con, pool table, the olympics was on the telly, great food and drinks. Clearly we'll looked after with what looked like a really nice book swap corner too.

Spent a few hours here recently with 3 generations, the kids loved the pool table (great condition, well maintained) as did we. The food was superb, big portions and well priced. I had the bbq ribs and the meat fell off the bone, perfect.
