Bistro Marem-ma — Restaurant in Oliva

Gorgeous little Bistro at Oliva Platja. We were introduced there by friends who treat it as their 'go-to' and we can see why. Oscar is charismatic, friendly and so nice. It is very much Ibiza Kitzch meets Mirroco in Italy. Yes you did read that correctly! It has a lovely vibe, chilled, relaxed but obviously there because the guys that own it love to please their clients. The food is excellent and both food and drink are fairly priced. They serve Roman pizzas which are just the best. Everywhere is clean and smart and yes they serve vegetarian food! They slso know how to make a proper 'Old Fashioned!' This terrific little eatery is positioned alongside a few competitors near the beachfront at Oliva. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Menu is extensive and very well priced with plenty of options to suit different tastes and palates. We opted for the garlic bread and arancino classico, followed by chicken curry and raviolis higos, before finishing off with the delicious tarta del día and salted caramel panacota. A superb lunch at Marem-ma for seven of us. Varied menu. Everything we had was delicious - burrata, pear carpaccio, stuffed calabaza flowers, pasta of the day (goats cheese & fig ravioli, mushroom sauce), pizza and a piadino. Fabulous home-made desserts too, especially the mojito cake! Super-friendly helpful staff. So pleased we went and will certainly return....
