Nice restaurant food was nice. We shared a starter and and a dessert. For our main courses we had duck and cod. Food cooked well but all that was served with the fish was a couple of thin slices of potato underneath the fish. The duck came with 2 thin slices of apple,no side dishes or any vegetables. Both courses were beautiful and very tasty but really needed some vegetables in our opinion. If the waitress had said that is all that comes we would have asked for a side plate of vegetables although there was no side dishes on the menu. The restaurant was very quiet we were the only customers there to start with, when we left there was another table of two and a family had just arrived. Bit expensive for a lunchtime. You must try this place if you're visiting Costa Blanca - the food, atmosphere, quality, staff - all the best you can get. I was fascinated by how delicious the starters were - especially salad with scallops! As a main course I recommend trying beef steak. In a case you're yet stuffed with the starters - the duck might be your perfect option for you. And don't try to skip dessert - highly recommended apple pie - it's like it was made in heaven! This was one of the most delicious meals I have eaten in a long time. I had a lovely entrée made with Iberico ham and a quail's egg. My friend had a duck leg in honey. Both were fab. I then had bacalhao, which was cooked to perfection and my friend had duck breast with apples and a blueberry sauce, which was tender and moist. She finished with tarte tatin and vanilla ice cream.
