I am visiting from the United States - I can’t recommend this restaurant more! The service was incredible - so friendly and attentive. I am also vegan (which makes everything more complicated) but they were so accommodating — best sushi I’ve ever had. Sushi Bar Blues is something really special. Angel and Emiko, the awesome hosts, sorted our drinks and patiently answered all our questions about the menu. The Edamame Hummus was a surprising delight, and the tempura was heavenly. A ver, como empiezo? Pues empezaré comentando ke si kisiera comer todos los días fuera de casa este sería sin duda un pequeño, acogedor, GRAN restaurante donde lo haría. Entre un buen sitio para comer, un gran sitio para comer y un excelente sitio para comer yo lo destierro de estos terminos porke es LA GRAN EXPERIENCIA A LA DEGUSTACION. Japon en tu mesa, sin duda!! Sencillez, armonia, elegancia y amor es lo ke degustas en cada plato y como no!!! CALIDAD , mucha CALIDAD, combinaciones y matices en la conjunción de los ingredientes ke no escapan a los sentidos.
