I've been here twice and both times were excellent. The portions are conservative, but this place is all about quality over quantity. I asked our waiter, Alejandro, where the chef/owner trained and, to our surprise, she is a homegrown chef. We expected him to say that she'd trained under a Michelin star chef or something to that effect.

The tataki de atún was fantastic. The bombones de hueva were delicious and I'm not even a big hueva fan. The tiramisù de bailey's was killer, too. This has got to be the best culinary experience in Orihuela in terms of fine dining, and without any pretentiousness. Highly...

I had a Saturday evening dinner in this resto.

10/10 and a huge gracias to the kitchen staff.... the food was amazingly tasty.

10/10 for the wait staff....I was dining solo and they made me feel very welcome. their suggestions for the food and the wine was first class.

I was seated at the back half next to the bar. The ambience was really good with a very nice mix of patrons and a beautiful decorated and well presented restaurant.

Triste, decepcionante,cuesta comprenderlo.Podríamos decir que con toda la ilusión reservamos para sábado 16 de julio con 5 semanas de antelación y confirmamos la misma mañana para llegar y que nos dijesen que no teníamos reserva, tras un inexplicable intercambio dialéctico pudimos sentarnos. Se puede contar que la instalación eléctrica no está a la altura de un establecimiento así, la falta de explicaciones y empatía para los comensales rallo en lo pueril. Se puede esperar que en una noche de tanta afluencia escasee algún plato, más cuestionable es que alguna mesa adyacente a la que sirvieron con posterioridad si pudiese contar con ese mismo plato, ya huelga a comentar que llegamos a las 21.00 h y salimos a la 01.00 h. Cabe decir que la comida es genial y que los miembros del servicio pusieron todo de su parte para hacer la velada más llevadera pero todo queda cubierto y emborrado cuando trasladamos nuestras impresiones a la responsable y persona que da nombre al espacio gastronómico y nos despacho con unas formas simplemente inaceptables. Falta de empatía que echa todo al traste....
