I agree with previous posters. The experience here was like nothing I have ever experienced in my life. We were ignored, received eye rolls , wrong 1st plate and wrong desert. The girl that brought us our desert was then cheeky enough to ask us how it was, knowing full well that is not what we ordered. Same with our main course. We very clearly ordered one item but were served another. I very politely asked via my translate app after sitting for quite some time if we could please order food and drink and was ignored for an additional 10 minutes while they served other guests who came after us. Seems like a very popular place with local work people. However I couldn't order because the one member of staff - Jennifer, was so so so busy clearing tables, and tending to the customers already sat down. She tried her best, and was very lovely when we did make communication. She is clearly working extremely hard in Front of House, managing a large restaurant including drink and bar service. It is clear this place needs at least two people working Front of House, not least to take the pressure of Jennifer. this is a complete horror! the attitude towards tourists is simply the worst. order the pilgrim menu for 12.5. the menu stated that it included: first course, meat or fish, drink, dessert and coffee. we were brought only salad and rice and the waitress tried to prove that that was all. after complaining they brought us meat and fish. we never got dessert and coffee. also our two glasses of wine (which were supposed to be included in the price of the menu) were counted separately. the employees do not speak English.
