Burger King — Restaurant in Palma

One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a beer and an ice cream with caramel and ended up waiting over 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional—laughing with each other, ignoring customers, and speaking disrespectfully to people in Spanish, even when the customer clearly didn’t understand it. One customer was mocked just for asking for more ketchup, and the employee at the front counter made fun of him, speaking in Spanish even though the customer clearly did not understand the language. Two other staff members laughed openly in front of customers, and all three seemed more interested in discussing their personal evening plans than assisting anyone. Another customer was treated disrespectfully when he didn’t notice his number on the screen. Instead of politely notifying him, the staff member rudely said (in Spanish), “Come on, the screen is there, don’t you see? Just look at the screen.” Again, the customer didn’t understand Spanish, which only made the situation more uncomfortable. When it was my turn, my order was placed on the counter without a word or any attempt to confirm it was mine, i xould only see my number in the screen , however were more oreder on the counter. Upon checking it, I saw that the caramel I paid extra for was missing from my ice cream. I tried to speak to the staff, but they completely ignored me. I ultimately left without making a full complaint in person because I had already waited over 30 minutes for a beer and an ice cream. The whole experience was incredibly stressful, especially as I was traveling and simply looking for a relaxing meal. I have always enjoyed Burger King, but this experience has made me question returning. It is clear that the staff at this location need proper customer service training. Grabbed a cheetos cheeseburger for my husband...hugely inflated prices, screens were easy to use, service was rude.... Slapped my open bag on the side and didnt say anything... so I thought there was something else to be added.... i asked and was told "just take it its done"... and two female staff members preceeded to clearly moan and complain about me under my nose in spanish for asking... unfortunately I speak Spanish so I knew what they said which clearly they didnt think I did. The woman on the ‘pay by cash’ till at 18.15 tonight was surly, rude and had an awful attitude. She was rude to my husband then I had to return the Fanta limon as it was just carbonated water.
