I’m so disgusted at treatment!

Staff shouts at me as I wait at till ! Order on the app (4 staff staring at me) I said sorry it’s too small I can’t see it can you help please ? No You can’t help No 3 times asked then I said you won’t help ?? He huffed came to the front and tapped it in & walked away I said I can’t see to finish it’s too small he said you think you’re special ! I said no but I can’t see it .. I’ve hurt my eye HE came round front grabbed cash from me holding in my other hand I wanted to use my card ! I DID NOT want to use my cash ! no idea how much it was or change so stressed & upset as that was my money for plane :

I said you can’t decide how customers pay for their goods .. I said I wanted to use my card .. he said you’re not special : I said God you are though ! As you’re so rude So I don’t get a water & a burger ? I want my money back No money back ! What are you special again !!! (All 4 0f them laughed at me all cooking so I said what is funny you’re all dreadful you’re so rude (

(To add there’s no customers atall it’s dead down here at departure A just me and a woman) all laughing and pulling faces about me I said you are disgusting people horrid He looked cocky turned to them and said ha we are horrid are we !

HORRENDOUS AVOID!!! The absolute WORST BK experience in my entire life. The experience was so shocking and I believe it was deliberate too . We ordered 4 Burgers with edits e.g No tomato , or just plain etc etc , 4 fries , 4 drinks and 1 ice cream thing. All 4 burgers were made up wrong , 2 of the 4 drinks were wrong and the ice cream thing was wrong. There is no way mistakes can be made on that level without it being deliberate. Was it a competition between staff to see how wrong they can make orders up . 70 Euros wasted the food wasn't . How can you tell an 8 year old who detests mayonnaise to eat their burger that was absolutely drenched in the stuff. A plain whopper with just cheese that had everything but cheese . An XL bacon double cheeseburger with extra bacon and cheese that had nothing on it Inc bacon and cheese, completely plain. And a chicken burger with just salad (no cheese or sauce) that had just cheese and sauce. I mean that's trolling just trolling. Costs more as at an airport (fair enough) but took 30 minutes to prepare. Didn't have enough time to go back , explain and reorder. I hate to leave one star reviews for restaurants and I know this will fall on deaf ears but this is THE WORST Burger King I've ever been to. Firstly, there was an issue with my custom burger, you want it your way at BK then forget it! Plus the staff refused to amend my order. Speaking of food, the quality of the food was very poor. I usually love a Whopper, especially in Spain with their sweet Spanish tomatoes and onions. This was poor. Awful in fact. That fake flame grilled taste stayed with me all day. The fries were inedible, not just poor but incredibly bad. Stale tasting, shriveled and dry. 10 minutes for my order to be ready as the "cooks" just stood around. The restaurant was generally sticky and dirty feeling. 40€ for three meal is too expensive. The staff unhelpful. Hated it. Everything about it. It's put me off Burger King all together which is...
