Absolutely horrendous service at this Paul branch. I ordered a flat white and was given completely burned milk. I took a sip and burned my lips. I went back to get a new coffee and the barista poured out half my coffee and added new milk in the cup and thought that was fine. I asked for a new coffee with milk at 60-70 degrees. She just said, I asked for cafe con leche. I calmly explained i just don't want burned milk so she took a jug of burned milk and a jug of cold milk and said go ahead you add it yourself. I ended up having to make my own coffee. The lady with short black hair then said some rude things in Spanish I'm not gonna repeat. I would encourage the franchise to provide barista training. Really obnoxious staff, rolling their eyes when asking the ingredients of one of their items we wanted to buy for our 1.5 year old, and the reply was: I wouldn't know. Should've left after this.

The sandwiches are super dry, way too expensive for what you get, and it had nothing except ham.

It looks delicious, but don't let the appearance fool you. Almost 40 euros for 2 baguettes, one sweet bread, and a mini pizza in February 2025.

Starbucks is around the corner, I've never recommended Starbucks in my life, but in this case, I have to, just avoid Paul.

The service latina girl with light hair provided me with a moment ago with was terrible. I politely reminded her that I didn’t get drinks I paid for and since my order was quite big I took the wrong receipt. She shouted at me even though i ordered it like half a minute ago and was constantly gesticulating and shouting something in Spanish.
