I recently dined at Akari Gastroteka, and I must say it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Not only did the food fail to justify its exorbitant prices, but the service was also shockingly poor. Our server, a young woman with long dark hair tied in a ponytail, was the epitome of rudeness. I have never encountered such blatant disregard for hospitality. From the moment we entered, it was as if we were unwelcome guests in their own establishment.

The level of negligence and lack of attention was astounding. The server seemed more interested in tossing plates onto the table than providing any semblance of genuine service. There was no effort made to engage with us, not even a hint of a smile. One would think that for the prices they charge, at the very least, patrons would receive a complimentary smile and courteous manners.

I would also like to add that the name of the establishment, the Japanese-sounding name 'Akari,' has no correlation with the actual offerings of the restaurant. Apart from a few bottles of 'Roku' Gin, there is nothing in this establishment that even remotely reflects Japanese culture, especially the crucial aspect of politeness, which was completely...

Smaller restaurant that doesn't offer a daily menu, only a la carte where I could only choose a burger due to allergies. The burger I had was not what I expected. The meat was supposed to come from a local butcher, but it contained some hard pieces that I hate to find in a burger. The french fries were tasteless and came with an expired mustard. I was disappointed and will not come again.

To answer owner's response:

The point that you don't offer the daily menu was just an informative fact for those that would be interested. Not to blame you for that of course as it is your choice. As for the alergies, I have histamine intolerance, so I can eat what you mentioned. However, I cannot eat anything maturing (cheese, vegetables such as pickles etc.), tomatoes, bell peppers, spinach, sea food, pork and some others. Therefore, it is really hard for me to find something I could eat. I also had to ask to remove the tomato from the burger which fortunately was possible and I appreciate that. The food was picked up in person and eaten 10 minutes later, so it was not the reason for the bad taste of the french fries and I would expect them to be better for the...

Ducked in to the Gastroteka because it was across the street from the new hotel/extended stay Kora Kilki and it was raining outside. The staff was very friendly and pulled together two tables for us. The waitress that spoke made sure to stop by and ask if we had questions. We did pretty well reading the menu with Google translate. We ordered two types of hamburgers and the rack of ribs. The ribs were delicious. One of the burgers was great, one was average. They definitely didn’t come medium-well. We had the chocolate melting cake and the lemon crème brûlée. Both were good but nothing to write home about. The place was busy but managed to get the orders...

Si me vuelve a pillar cerca pararé seguro👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
