Tikka Taco indian mexican restaurant — Restaurant in Pilar de la Horadada

Clean and tidy, with really good Indian food. It's been a long time since my wife and I had eaten proper Indian food in Indian restaurant. We are always dissatisfied with the way the food is prepared, shortcuts taken, prefabricated ingredients and clever tricks. At tikka taco we got a home-cooked food feeling. We ate dal tarka and mixed vegetables with paneer and tandoori roti. The vegetables were well cooked with spices without too much chilli. The dal was similarly medium spicy which complemented the vegetables. All tandoori rotis were evenly rolled and properly cooked. Very good service, nice and engaged employees. There were not many when we arrived, but the guests kept coming all the time. We will be happy to return on the next occasion. We recommend Tikka Taco warmly, you should try at least once if you are in visiting the area.

We ate at Tikka Taco twice during our short vacation. Both times, the food was excellent in terms of taste, presentation, and preparation. The second time, we tried more Indian flavors and, as suggested, had them prepared not too spicy. The papadomes with sauces were delicious. The other dishes were sublime. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about all the dishes, and are happy to help you make a choice. The chef and his assistants prepared the dishes above average. We are not experienced Indian food tasters, but this has convinced us to eat Indian food more often. We hope to return in the future. June 2025. The pizza nr. 95 Tikka Taco was very good. You have to try it. But I don't rekommandert the nr. 110 Nachos con Carne. Nearly no Carne and taste. 3 small jalepenos.. If you want Nachos, try the starter..

26.10.25. Today we had the chicken Tikka. One "medium" and one "madrass" We just love it. One more thing to mention. When the waiter comes back and talk with us, and filled our glass with more wine from the bottle. That is good service. 👍
