Our first stop when visiting Porrera for a weekend of wine tasting and winery tours. Excellent local cuisine served in a warm cozy dining room. We shared a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. Depending on season certain items are available or not so take advantage of what’s in season. The curry and wild rice dishes are two very popular dishes for a good reason. We ordered local wines to go with our meal and they were all very good. Service is at a relaxed pace as there are only three people working the whole restaurant including the owner who is also the chef. An unforgettable experience. We had done a wine tasting in the morning and had come here for lunch. The town is out of a Fellini film and the restaurant is really charming. We were late but we were greeted warmly and with smiles. The menu was varied with a selection of locally sourced food. We shared several appetizers and each had a main course. Everything was expertly prepared and delicious. The wine list was equally well-curated and we enjoyed several bottles of excellent Priorat wines.
