Had late lunch at restaurant Pérez. Was a little embarrassed because I didn't know their 'waiting system'. When the tables are full, You stand in a line near the bar while having a drink (should you wish to) someone eventually will come and take your details. You might be turned away if the queue is too long.
The waiters were chaotically busy serving a full restaurant, communicated in English if you weren't able to speak Spanish and there was English on the menu. Pilgrim's menu wasn't there when we were there and the price was different to the ones on Google. Menu was outside so there wouldn't be a confusion
Otherwise food was decent, Octopus was an unique experience for me and their dessert (pineapple pie and cheesecake)...
