I had this restaurant on my shortlist from prior research and it was also recommended by the hotel owner where we were staying.
From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and the service was as good as any restaurant I’ve ever been to. Just the right balance between efficiency and friendliness. The lamb chops were nothing short of spectacular. Many years ago I had the same in Abruzzo and never thought they could be matched. Well they have been now! Absolutely amazing flavour. So different from what we get back home. The dessert was Mason, a cooked meringue with custard and a caramel. It was great. And I haven’t even mentioned the view. I would personally recommend siting outside in the back seat to get fresh air and a nice view of the breathtaking mountains.
