VIPS — Restaurant in Pozuelo de Alarcón

One star because there are tables outside and in. You can sit! Other than that..what they serve has nothing to do with cooking in the slightest. The food is simply bad! Too bad to mention. The big burger chains are better. We went there for lunch during break.It was served relatively fast. It would have been a reasonable price if the food was cooked. The chips were pale, the chicken breast was like shoe soles, the salad was out of a plastic bag chucked into a bowl with a dot of mayo. Will I go...

Standard fare as i the other restaurants of the chain. Service very effective and attending, but kitchen understaffed at lunch time. Use to come more often to this restaurant chain but since rhey change ownership quantity and quality has drecreased...

Lentos, desorganizados. Comiendo a las 13:10 que estábamos 4 gatos, estaban corriendo de un lado para otro como pollo sin cabeza, priorizando la limpieza de las mesas antes que atender a los clientes que ya estaban sentados y esperando a que se les tomase nota. Tras unos 10 minutos mirando al techo sin nadie que me atienda, llamo a una camarera, que me ignora deliberadamente. A los pocos minutos ya consigo decirle a otro empleado que si me toma nota para comer y manda a una compañera. La comida....ojalá fuera mediocre, es de lo más prescindible. Segunda plato nadando en aceite (noticia: ¡¡existe el papel absorvente!!) y además se confundieron en ponerme patatas fritas en lugar de gajo....es complicado, lo sé. Prefiero ir a pastar al...
