Unprofessional Service at Burger King, Fuerteventura Airport: I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Burger King in Fuerteventura Airport. I ordered their "Brutal Big Bang Burger," but what I received was far from what was advertised and expected.
To begin with, the burger I received was noticeably small and appeared to be missing a beef patty. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff, and a gentleman behind the counter arrogantly claimed that the burger should only have one patty. However, to prove my point, I showed them the picture displayed on the screen behind them, clearly indicating that the burger should have had two beef patties. Reluctantly, they took the burger back to the kitchen to add the missing patty.
Upon its return, I was shocked to find that they had neglected to include the cheese, which is an essential component of the Brutal Big Bang Burger. When I pointed out this oversight, the same gentleman began shuffling through the burger with his bare hands, as if searching for the missing cheese. It was only when I once again had to show them the picture on the screen that they finally acknowledged the absence of cheese. Throughout this ordeal, the employees seemed more interested in chatting and laughing among themselves, showing a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction.
By the time they added the missing cheese, the burger was cold and unappetizing. At this point, I had lost all faith in their ability to provide a quality product and requested a refund. The shock on their faces when they realized that the burger was indeed supposed to have two patties and two cheese slices was an indication that this was not an isolated incident. It became apparent that they had been scamming numerous customers by providing subpar burgers.
I find this entire experience extremely disappointing and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to receive the product I paid for, prepared with care and attention to detail. The unprofessionalism, lack of product knowledge, and indifference displayed by the employees at Burger King in Fuerteventura Airport were appalling.
I strongly advise against visiting this Burger King location if you value quality, accuracy, and respectful service. Based on my experience, it is clear that their staff is not adequately trained or motivated to meet the basic standards of customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and seek an alternative dining option in the airport.
Unfortunately, my partner went to place another order, hoping for a better experience, but to our dismay, they missed the cheese once again. This repeated error further demonstrates the lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction at this Burger King location.
