Super Wild Coffee — Restaurant in Puerto del Rosario

It absolutely blows my mind that this place is rated so highly.

As soon as I noticed that my coffee was coming out of a fully automatic machine, I knew I was in for a bad time. It tasted awful - a bitter and disappointing latte (far worse than the free machine at my hotel)

To add insult to injury, there are no lids for the takeaway cups - something they only mentioned after I paid.

So I paid €3.50 for a cup of awful tasting coffee which I then spilled on myself on the way to the gate. I almost just threw it in the bin on the first sip and I kind of wish I did because at least it would be in the bin rather than on me and the airport floor.

For a place with branding like this, having coffee of this quality is absolutely unacceptable. I had orders of magnitude better coffee from a convenience store in the arrivals area which doesn’t even specialise in coffee! And they had lids!

If you’re looking for a coffee which is even just at the level of ‘acceptable’ then...

We arrived to get a quick snack before our flight for family and disabled grandma. The blonde spanish women misunderstood that we only asked for 1 tea and served us 2 when we asked for 1. When we questioned them for a refund because we didn't ask for this the women started shouting at us. Told us she needed to speak to management and when she came back she gathered the change and threw it at us and was blaming us for her making the mistake. Followed by bad attitude. Not exaggerating when she literally threw the change.

Won't be using this restaurant again as such bad...

It's an outside sitting coffee with lots of tables, main smoking area as well. I can imagine having a group together here is a good fun. The service is super nice, the lady who served me was really friendly and attentive. I had only a coffee. That's a bean to cup...
