Food is poor. We received lamb shank in 5mins, sirloin stake came in 5mins as well. Service was ok, the view is great, but the food is terrible. They microwave most of the things. Cant rell nothingbabout the seefood, but dont go for meat dishes, they are reallly bad, cold, tasteless, not worth the price.

The server never told us that we should wait two hours for the shank to be prepared properly, I would have waited fot three hours if i had to and if i was told to. Second of all, before leaving to my residence i kindly asked the waiter how long will it take for the food to arrive. He told me 20 to 30 minutes. I took me 15min to come back, but as I was on my way. towards the residence, 5 minutes after i left the table, my wife called me telling that the food has arrived, I told her to ask for the server to bring it back to the kitchen as @ food arrived. My wife had a sliced sirloin stake which was well done even though she ordered it medium to medium rare, my shank looked like a peace of wood served on the plate.
I wont even apologise for my coment as whoever wrote the answer to this review is terrible at customer service and should ve fired asap. I will be staying at mar de Pulpi for the next 6 months and would be more than happy to come and speak to someone in charge. Thank you for one of the worst...
