Pronto Factory — Restaurant in Rincón de la Victoria

The food is okay, nothing spectacular but fine. The real problem is the service.

The waiter was friendly, though not very professional. But the waitress (the same one on both of our visits) was really unpleasant: very cold, unfriendly and not customer-oriented at all. The worst part was when, while we were still finishing a bottle of wine and hadn’t ordered dessert, she placed a ‘Reserved’ sign on our table, clearly making us feel we had to leave. That is not acceptable.

This time there were four air conditioners running at full blast, which was uncomfortable. When we politely asked if one could be lowered, we were told no. On our first visit it was the opposite: unbearably hot inside, no AC, and although there was a fan, they refused to move it closer. Another couple who complained was relocated to another table, but we were not offered any solution.

If I were the owner, I would seriously reconsider keeping that waitress, because she makes you not want to come back. There are far better pizzerias in the area, with much friendlier service. They just lost a...

Buenos Días. Es la Primera, y por supuesto la Última vez que voy/vendré a este Lugar. No se por donde empezar ante la Catarata de Despropósitos.

PRIMERO: Dicen que la Masa de las Pizzas la hacen ellos eso es totalmente Falso. La Masa la Compran en Cualquier Supermercado solo hay que fijarse en dicha Masa cuando te sirven la Pizza sin sabor, sin Volumen, la Masa cortada con Máquina. Señora Jefa del Negocio NO me diga que ustedes las Pizzas la hacen al Estilo Argentino, y no al Italiano y que las Masas de las Pizzas al estilo Argentino son Así, porque sabe perfectamente que NO es Cierto. Pues precisamente yo trabajo en un Restaurante Argentino, y se perfectamente como se hacen la Masa de Pizza al estilo Argentino.

SEGUNDO: La Pizza sin Apenas Ingredientes, sólo 4 trozos de Ingredientes y en algunas porciones en el Resto NADA.

TERCERO: Señora Jefa Si el Precio de un Ingrediente Extra NO está puesto en la Carta, aunque el Cliente podamos pedir dicho Ingrediente, este NO se puede Cobrar. Para que se pueda Cobrar tiene que venir especificado el Precio. En mi Caso particular pedí de entrante unos Nachos Clásicos que sus Ingredientes Son Totopos, Extra de Guacamole, Extra de Queso Cheddar, y Extra de Pico de Gallo, pues bien, el Precio del Extra de Pico de Gallo NO aparece en la Carta por lo que si se Cobra es Ilegal. 1,50€ por Ingrediente Extra de Pico de Gallo. Juzguen Ustedes Mismos futuros Clientes.

CUARTO: ¿Unos Nachos Clásicos que solamente lleve Totopos, y que el Guacamole, El Queso Cheddar, el Pico de Gallo, y Los Jalapeños sean Ingredientes Extra? ¿Sabe usted Realmente cual es la Receta de los Nachos? Lo dudo porque los Nachos Clásicos llevan Totopo Guacamole, Queso Cheddar, y Pico de Gallo (eso son los Ingredientes Principales)

QUINTO: ¿Realmente tenéis un Horno Independiente para Cocer las Pizzas para las Personas que somos Celíacas? Es decir, que no podemos comer Trigo, ni sus derivados, y que necesitamos que un Alimento sin Trigo se haga totalmente aparte de otro que si lo contenga para evitar la Contaminación Cruzada. ¿Y la Pala para sacar las Pizzas de dicho Horno se usa solo para las Pizzas sin Gluten?

SEXTO: Carta Demasiado Extensa. Una Carta menos Extensa, pero con variedad de Ingredientes en los Platos es Mejor. Menos es Más.

SÉPTIMO: Precio Excesivamente Caro para lo que ofrecen.

This is one extraordinary restaurant on the beautiful promenade in Rincon De La Victoria overlooking the Mediterranean. As we are gluten-free, this was a real find as all the dishes, including the desserts, are all gluten-free. This is a family business on arrival on our first night. we were greeted with a warm welcome. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes to suit everyone's taste, and to complement the dishes, a wonderful wine selection was on offer. As for the desserts, they were equally good.
