Restaurante La Ola rincon de la victoria — Restaurant in Rincón de la Victoria

We were on the lookout for highly-rated beachfront restaurants in Rincon, and that's when we stumbled upon La Ola.

After making a reservation, we browsed through the reviews and, based on the food pictures, realized that we had dined at this restaurant two years ago, specifically at "Plaza de la Iglesia."

We arrived early (08:30) and received a warm welcome along with excellent recommendations. Unfortunately, when it came to the suggested grilled squid (Calamar a La Plancha), we couldn't order a smaller portion. So, we opted for the Croquetas Rabo de Torro, a small serving of Bravas, and the Calamar. The Bravas were among the tastiest in Malaga! The grilled squid was also good, but there was just too much squid for us. It would have been perfect as a half portion or tapa. We soon found ourselves feeling quite full and had to regrettably return almost half of the portion...

The food was enjoyable, and the service was warm and attentive. It might get increasingly challenging for her to handle all the tables by herself as the evening progresses.

The 4.7 rating does seem a bit high, around 4 is...

No es un sitio con mucho glamour,tiene pinta más de bar de barrio ,pero los platos están muy bien presentados y se nota que tienen buena elaboración ,están ricos y entran a la vista , buen precio relación calidad ,en muchos aspectos podría ponerle más pegas ,pero como el sitio no pretende ser más de lo que es y la comida está rica les pongo 4 estrellas. Con respecto a los platos que pedimos la ensaladilla rusa muy rica (yo no soy de ensaladilla ),el calamar curiosa elaboración,muy sabroso,el rape en salsa estaba también muy rico pero encontre algunos puntos en la salsa más fríos que el resto y no me pareció agradable eran como trozos de mantequilla sin derretir (quizás sea así ) pero a mí no me pareció agradable ,para terminar la tarta de queso me sorprendió totalmente diferente a las demás tartas de queso ,...
