Restaurante La Alcazaba — Restaurant in Roquetas de Mar

Quite disappointing. We called teo days in advance for a table and a paella for 5. The table was ready but we had one person missing so we asked if we could get Paella for 4 instead. They mentioned that the Paella was ready to go and they could not. We accepted the situation with no issue. We kept waiting and after an hour waiting, we asked about the Paella again since we had two little kids that were getting a bit nervous and hungry. Both waiters treated us awfully and didn’t give us much information other than it will be ready when it will be ready (an hour after the time it was supposed to be ready to go). I got mad and the Paella came out like 10 mins after. It was bad, the rice was over cooked and the seafood all over the place over cooked too.

It's a good option if you're around and fancy some local food, prices are fair considering the area and it's got a nice terrace with views at the sea, I missed a bit more of kindness when serviced but can't complain either,...

Una experiencia nefasta. Me lo recomendaron conocidos e hicimos una reserva para 4 adultos y 2 niños, encargamos arroz (no preguntaron para cuantos). Llegamos el día de la reserva a las 14:15, nos dicen que el arroz ya estaba encargado para 5 y no podemos cambiarlo (spoiler:no estaba ni hecho), preguntamos cuánto tarda,nos dicen que 15 min así que pedimos ensalada y algo para los niños y una hora más tarde 15:17 reclamamos el arroz y una camarera se nos pone echa una furia diciendo que el arroz tarda y que es lo que hay,echándonos la culpa y tratándonos FATAL.
