CROAK'S Roses — Restaurant in Roses

Disappointing experience even though it was fully seated all week when we passed it. The worst timing when it comes to serving dishes I ever witnessed. When someone gets his main dish after everybody is done something is really going wrong. We were 4 people and had two burgers, a clubsandwich and a salad. Burgers were some of the worst I ever had - no matter what you choose, medium or rare (which the waitresses didn't even know what rare means) you will receive your meat well done. Salad had almost no dressing and I don't even want to start with the sandwich. I think the waitress really tried but were either not well trained or unexperienced. That combined with the kitchen personnel makes not a good experience all together. As topper we ordered 1.5l of Caipirinha which also was a big waste of money. 80€ gone for a really sad experience hurts and we regret we have been there although the location is great. Typical...

We visited CROAKS in Roses, but unfortunately our experience was not very good. Upon arrival, we had to wait a long time despite the tables not being fully occupied. There’s a sign asking you to wait for a table, but nobody came to seat us.

Once we finally got a table, it took a long time just to be served – we didn’t even receive a menu at first. Although the restaurant was busy, it was only crowded outside. After finally getting the menus and placing our orders, the food took quite a while to arrive, and the portions felt relatively small.

To make things worse, our drinks only arrived after we had already started eating, about 5–10 minutes into the meal. The staff were friendly, but overall the service and timing were disappointing. While the prices are relatively cheap, the experience was...

Where do I begin.. We ask for a table of 2, no problem until, 1- We had to ask for the attention of the woman in charge of the terrace, after 20-30 mins of us being seated. 2- We order sangria but was the one of the worst sangrias I ever had, Just wine no flavour. 3- we asked to take it back and we were offered a replacement, that not only didn’t arrived after waiting for another 30mins, the waiter said that he put it on another table. Find it kind of difficult to miss something like that as he was walking through the terrace constantly and not even a check on the table to make sure we got everything. Very sad and poor service here. No need to say I won’t be coming back...
