We ate with 8 persons, we made a reservation up front. The food was really fantastic! The breaded goat cheese croquettes are heavenly! The restaurant is very nicely located on the boulevard with sea view. Unfortunately the service was below the usual perfect standard; only two service staff. We were not in a hurry, but everything took extremely long. Also when a lot of customers are gone, staff likes to talk with remaining customers, or is very busy preparing for the next day and forgetting a table of 8 persons. This was really poor show!! An order of pan con tomate was forgotten. It took more than 15 minutes to get it served. Finally it appeared twice on the bill. I will be back. But service...

Best restaurant in Roses!! Food was off the charts! Service was friendly! Nicest folks. Interior was beautiful; woven thatch and plants gave a lush garden feel. View right on the beach. Our meal was the best we’d had the whole trip, and Bread… oh my gosh the bread!!! Crisp on the outside, melt in your mouth on the inside. Don’t get me started on the dessert…. At the end of the meal, they were so tickled with my delight at the bread, they sent me home with a loaf, which I shared with my French baker friend who agreed it was TOP NOTCH. Cauchemar en salle.... Nous avons été dîner dans ce restaurant qui est une institution pour y passer un agréable moment. Malheureusement ce ne fût pas le cas et loin de la. Après les agressions verbales du serveur qui nous appelle frère en nous parlant 😅 qui a été "remercié" par le patron, nous avons commandé 2 cocktails. Caipi très bonne, mais le Gin fizz au baies imbuvable , insipide.... bref. Nous commandons des seiches à la plancha, attention ce n'est qu'un pâté de poisson sec et sans goût. Ensuite on continue avec des moules à la plancha, on nous sert mais notre table n'est toujours pas dressé ! On attend patiemment avant de devoir se lever pour réclamer un dressage de table! Moules froides et sans saveur. On demande le retour des assiettes. Arrive nos moules " réchauffées" mais toujours froide! Javais commandé une salade qui n'est jamais arrivée. ..le patron s'excuse et propose de nous offrir quelque chose en fin de repas., nous attendons toujours. Pas de carte de vin, le patron( encore lui oui...) nous propose un vin blanc... sans préciser que la bouteille était à 30 euros!!! Quoiqu'il en soit., addition de 83 euros pour passer un mauvais moment et repartir le ventre vide. Nous avons cru à une caméra...
