You just gotta take a look inside to realize they know they’re the pizza masters.

I think they deserve 5 stars because prices are reasonable and people get good quality ingredients in their food.

I had the prosciutto for dinner. Kudos for the topping ratio: just the right amount of cheese, sauce and it came with a lot of jam. The crust was thin and chewy.

Service was relatively fast considering the amount of people who were dining at the time (Friday night), and the ones who were ordering (as we did) for takeout. I don’t think the place is running by Italians but they clearly know how to make...

Pizzería napolitana en un local pequeño, acogedor y espacioso a pesar de sus dimensiones. Limpio y en una zona donde aparcar no es excesivamente difícil.

La carta en general es reducida, no encontrarás infinidad de pizzas ni demasiadas variables que te tengan dudando mucho rato. Para quienes no tienen problema con los gustos, esto será genial porque en nada habrán decidido. Quien tenga gustos más delicados acabará optando, quizá, por hacerse la pizza al gusto, que también existe la opción.

El servicio es atento y amable aunque el tiempo que tardan en servir es, bajo mi punto de vista, algo lento. Hay que entender que es un local muy pequeño y que la pizzas están riquísimas, por lo que muchísima parte de su volumen de faena está en los pedidos para llevar o a domicilio.

Esto hace que el horno esté siempre a pleno rendimiento y por lo tanto, las pizzas y todo lo que tenga que pasar por él, se demorará mas que en otras pizzerías. No me hizo especial gracia este aspecto, aunque entiendo perfectamente la causa. Es simplemente una preferencia personal. Creo que el cliente presencial debería tener prioridad en cualquier tipo de negocio.

Sea como sea, lo que sí es cierto es que luego llega la pizza y la espera se ve gratamente recompensada. La masa está increíble. En ese punto donde no es cargante ni tampoco lo suficientemente fina como para que no la notes.

El sabor de los ingredientes se puede distinguir uno a uno porque no sobrecargan ni se quedan cortos, y puedes comerte una pizza entera sin salir de allí con la sensación de estar a punto de explotar ni la de pasar hambre. Así que, por lo que a mi respecta, genialísimo.

Notas importantes: Como decía, el local es pequeño. Si no reservas es áltamente improbable que encuentres sitio.

It totally worths a visit! Reasonable choice of amazing Italian pizzas (the place is run by Italians, which is always a sort of good thing) and its prices have been really cut down, making it even more advisable!
