Bar Sa Placeta — Restaurant in sa Pobla

I made an impromptu stop at this lively local bar and few weeks ago during a bike ride from Alcudia. I just had a beer and some crisps and sat observing people coming and going. It was clear that this bar is very popular with local people, many of whom pulled up in their cars, entered the bar and came out carrying food plates covered with foil. When I went indoors to pay I was surprised by just how busy it was. Every table was taken and there was much talk and laughter. Hemos llegado a la isla por motivos de trabajo, y un compañero mallorquí muy amable nos recomendó el menu de domingo del Bar Sa Placeta. Nada más al llegar lo hemos encontrado lleno de gente comiendo el menú, la camarera muy amable nos sacó una mesa en la terraza y en nada nos tomó la comanda. LO RECOMIENDO Y LO RECOMIENDO!!! Los caracoles y la salsa con su punto picantico son adictivos, el arroz brut es algo tan bueno que nunca he probado antes, de segundo había lomo con col o lechona con patatas y ensaladilla pero como no quedaba nada de segundo nos ofrecieron espinagada con anguila, de postre hemos pedido tarta al whisky, vino,agua, gaseosa,pan y alioli incluido. Si vienes con hambre de aquí sales bien satisfecho por qué hay cantidad y calidad, comida preparada con responsabilidad y pasion, esta es una forma de enamorar a cualquiera atraves de la gastronomia.
