I had high hopes for this place, as it’s located on my way home and the dry-aged beef displayed in their fridge always left me a great impression. So, I decided to give this restaurant a try and ordered the entrecôte de buey.
The ambience of the restaurant is pleasant, and the alioli was decent, though far from exceptional (they bring it to the table without asking, only to charge for it later). However, the main disappointment was the meat itself. Despite ordering it medium, it was overcooked. I mean, seriously… For a grill restaurant, it’s quite disappointing that they can’t even cook the meat to the customer’s preference. Why do you even ask how I want my meat if you’re going to bring well-done anyway? The result: a piece of meat so tough that chewing it felt like a workout for my jaw. I left with my jawlines sharper than ever!
