From the moment I stepped into this pizzeria, I knew I was in the right place. I was immediately greeted by that aroma that only those born in Italy recognize: the smell of a truly good pizza. That was just the beginning of an experience that only kept getting better. The waiter was incredibly kind, very friendly, and approachable. He told us that the pizza chef had trained with Italian pizzaiolos, which explains why the pizzas are so delicious. But it’s not just that: the ingredients were incredibly fresh and all sourced from Italy. You could really taste the authentic flavors I’m used to but hadn’t found in many years living in Spain. It’s not that I don’t like pizza here, I do, but the flavors are different. When you grow up with a certain taste for 30 years and then get to enjoy it again after 7 years, it’s a truly beautiful experience. I always order just a margherita, but this time I had a fantastic pizza topped with burrata and prosciutto crudo, and it was an amazing experience. It was so good that my husband, after finishing his pizza, ordered another one, much to the pizzaiolo’s surprise. If you haven’t been to Bianca Pizzeria Restaurant yet, you’re seriously missing out! Their pizza is next level, the crust is that perfect mix of crispy and fluffy that makes you want “just one more slice” even when you’re full. The sauce tastes so fresh, like they made it just for me, and the cheese, oh, the cheese is everything, melted, stretchy, and just the right amount. I tried the Tartufata , and wow… I’m still dreaming about it. The place has such a relaxed vibe, and the staff is super friendly.They actually make you feel like you’re a regular even if it’s your first time. Estábamos de viaje y paramos a cenar en esta pizzería que nos pillaba de camino. Me encanta cuando me dejo guiar por las reseñas de la gente y no me equivoco. Fue un acierto total encontrar este restaurante. De las mejores pizzas que hemos comido nunca. La atención fue muy adecuada, la mesa amplia, los platos salieron rápido, y el precio muy acorde a la calidad y cantidad. El tiramisú casero, espectacular. El ambiente del restaurante súper tranquilo. Opciones en la carta para los niños a precio reducido y con bola de helado incluida. Fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta del restaurante.
