Central Forest Restaurante — Restaurant in Salou

Bad experience: 1 hour waiting, rude waitress and manager, ordinary overpriced food. We were there yesterday night, we came at 21 and ordered a kids menu and a salad. After waiting for 30-40 min kids became totally hungry and tired😔, we asked the waiter/busser about the food, he said it will come soon. After another 10 min we asked the waitress about the food. She was unhappy to answer 😨 and very busy, seems they forgot about the order. I asked how much to wait (with Google translate as they didn't want to speak in English) and I think they answered something like a little bit with unhappy face showing that we are bothering them. They couldn't imagined that it was already the limit for the kids and we are asking because kids just cannot wait anymore, we were ready to go but as they said a little bit and we couldn't talk in Spanish we had no other choise then stay). I went in to have a coffee as I was waiting for a business call, curious by their robot. But the table was dirty, they didn't even know it, the staff seemed to be sleeping, or having a holiday. Terrible service, slow and inefficient. I finally lost my interest and I couldn't trust the staff or that the coffee would be any good.

Unfortunately you are only presenting excuses. As it was 13:35 hours, and the restaurant was literally empty, not even one customer was present. And therefore not difficult to prepare a coffee, and it should have been a delight buy the service to prepare it and offer me to sit anywhere, but their difficulty to decide took more than 10 minutes and the table that finally was possible to use was dirty and left bare with a simple plastic, loosing completely its charm, and my trust in the service and how good the coffee could be. One simple coffee well served could bring you many customers. But again I repeat, the staff seemed to be sleeping, or having a holiday. We went here twice, the first night it was amazing, that's why we went back. They had even cooked the steak too perfection, you choose a number on a chart. The second time we went was during the day, completely different experience. I asked for a sirloin steak with pepper sauce. A fillet steak arrived, with blood oozing out, no pepper sauce. When I pointed out it wasn't cooked the way I wanted it (number 4 out of 5) they weren't really happy. In fact a waiter came out with my steak and cut it in half in front of me and told me was, I told him it wasn't, and I asked for pepper sauce, he seemed to think I didn't order this first time, even though he didn't take our order to begin with. I didn't even explain that I hadn't ordered a fillet, just a sirloin! Maybe because they couldn't speak English and I couldn't speak Spainsh was the problem.
