La Cueva — Restaurant in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

So, I usually don't write any reviews, but La Cueva is worth it. After 3 hours hike from Ayagaures with quite cold weather I arrived in San Bartolome tired and cold. I had to find a place which would give me a shelter and injection of energy to be able to come back to starting point in Ayagaures. Restaurant La Cueva looks very classic with simple design..or wait - there is no design, the place looks as it looks. A bit forgotten, but authentic and genuine. My chicken soup was hot which was very important at the time, chicken breasts a bit dry, but sauce from potatoes rescued it. So, many pieces of meat and simple look of the place gave a masculine climate, which is needed in times of unhealthy overindulged feminism in the world. Be part of the locals!!! During a walk through the centre of San Bartelome we found the restaurant La Gueva. The terrace was full of local people, a big reason for us to take a seat on the restaurant and check out the menu. We asked the waiter for a nice red wine and he was kind enough to give me a sip to try it out. After a short talk about what kind of wines we like he came back with a perfect bottle. Low priced, good food. But they ask how you want the meat cooked, I said medium and my friend said well done, both pieces were bleau. Another table wanted medium red and it was also cooked bleau. However, it still tasted good! The entrecote had a silky texture. Here's the reason for only 3 stars, as we wanted to pay, we asked for the check. It took longer for the check to arrive than it took for the food.
