This was a lunch stop on an excursion. We were given the choice of a set menu for 12€. Options were chicken, pizza or vegetarian pasta. The orders were phoned in ahead. On arrival we were greeted straight away, shown to shared tables for the group, and food came shortly after.
Each table had a jug of Sangria and a bottle of water, which was replaced immediately when empty.
First course was carrot and coriander soup, with fresh rolls on the table.
My partner ordered chicken, which he didn't enjoy. To be honest it didn't look appetising! It lacked flavour and was stringy. Like it was in a warmer for a while. Canadian style potatoes and cold pickled vegetables.
I had pizza which was cheese, a very thin crispy base, extremely floury underneath, and way to much for one person. It was HOT in temperature. Most of us left half to a quarter. I thought mine had a salty taste to it, but still OK.
I can't comment on the pasta as I never saw anyone having it, nor heard feedback.
The Apricot mousse, if that's what you could call it was dry, quite solid, and a terrible texture. Our table of six, left theirs. Partner described it as 'claggy'
The service was impeccable, the staff ever so accommodating and pleasant.
This restaurant may be better for smaller groups or individual tables as to opposed to feeding 40+ people, warm meals all at once hence 3 stars.
A few people choose to order a large carte.

Read moreWe visited this lovely restaurant while we were on a jeep safari trip through the local area. The meal was included as part of the package so I can't comment on price. We had a set meal of chicken with salad and canarian potatoes with a local mojo sauce. There was homemade bread and a garlic dip and a choice of water or sangria to drink. Cerveza, bottled beers and canned drinks were available for a small charge. We were then served cheesecake for desert. I really enjoyed the meal and the surroundings. I probably wouldn't have visited this place if it wasn't included on the tour simply because it is off the beaten track. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try local fayre in the Canaries. The food was lovely and the staff were...
