From the moment my partner and I approached the unassuming exterior of "Liagora Canaria," we knew we were in for a unique dining experience. Don't let the simple façade fool you; inside lies an elegant sanctuary perfect for a foodie's night out.
Our culinary journey started with incredibly flavorful clams with garlic, setting a high bar right from the start. What followed was a delightful presentation of the local fish "Sama," which was as fresh as it gets, perfectly cooked, and seasoned to enhance its natural flavors.
Dessert was no less impressive. The homemade cheesecake was creamy, rich, and just the right touch of sweetness to round off the meal. To accompany our dinner, the restaurant suggested a local wine which was not only a perfect match for our dishes but also light on the pocket, which was a pleasant surprise.
The service was the cherry on top. Despite our casual attire fresh from a beach day, the staff treated us with the utmost professionalism and warmth, making us feel welcomed and valued.
"Liagora Canaria" is not your typical tourist spot, which is exactly why it's so special. It came highly recommended by a local, and it's clear why. This place is a must-visit for anyone wanting to dine among locals and enjoy some of the freshest fish in town.

WOW! Out best dining experience in Gran Canaria. We rented a scooter, and headed through this tiny town due to the good ratings on Google Maps.
The facade doesn’t look too inviting, but the inside is very nice. A few tables outside as well, where we chose to sit.

Puntos + 👍🏻 por: • Aparcamientos disponibles muy cerca. • La decoración y la orientación de las mesas hacen que sea un lugar confortable. • El servicio es atento y amable. • Excelente calidad de cocina. • El género es de primera calidad. • Buena iluminación y limpieza. • Puedes elegir entre comer en el interior o en terraza exterior al aire libre. • Los aseos tienen jabón, papel para secarse las manos y están limpios.
Puntos negativos 👎🏻: • Ninguno.
⭐️ Recomendado: Arroz negro. ⚠️ No recomendado: Llegar a comer sin hambre. ✍🏻Excelencia: Son especialistas en arroces.
🦠 Medidas contra Covid: Son exigentes con las medidas antiCovid. • Todo el personal usa mascarillas y exigen que lleves mascarilla. • Disposición de puntos con gel hidroalcohólico. • Los aseos están limitados a una sola persona salvo en aquellos casos que sea necesaria asistencia.
Es, sin duda y en mi opinión, uno de los mejores restaurantes de la isla. Me encanta el trato, la atención y sus comidas.
