We stopped here on our way back from the Anaga park. The restaurant is run by a very nice couple. The food is very good and the dishes are very detailed. Our shrimp salad and barbecued pork ribs were very tasty. The goat meat was a bit hard but the sauce and the boiled potatoes cooked with a local recipe made up for the goat. En el día de ayer 34 miembros de los Amigos Canarios del Buen Omer, visitamos la Tasca Los Corazones, para disfrutar de un excelente. menú que resultó muy bien valorado, con un 9,61 sobre 10.

El menú ofrecido por el chef Yeray fue el siguiente:

1. Ensalada de queso rulo de cabra con aliño de naranja.
2. Croquetas de jamón 100% ibérico de bellota rebozadas con panko.
3. Salteado de champiñón Portobello con langostinos y aguacate.
4. Chipirones asados con chutney de piña de El Hierro y teriyaki.
5. Medregal guisado a baja temperatura, con puré de coliflor y mojo de azafrán.
6. Carne de cabra al estilo de mi madre con batatas asadas con eneldo.
7. Postre: Tarta de queso al horno, tarta de zanahoria con mascarpone, y crema de chocolate blanco con coulí de frutos rojos. Vino blanco seco “Savia” de Bodega Almonte de Tegueste. Vino tinto “Tasat” de Bodega Llano del Pino de Tegueste. Agua, caña, café o infusión.
