Teteina - Teahouse and Garden Bar — Restaurant in San Fulgencio

The bar has a very nice setting however we found the staff extremely rude, one star seems overrated. After having drinks spilt all over my husband, completely soaking him through, the waitress (which did not apologise until about 20 minutes later), also brought her friend to our table to look at the "man she had spilt drinks over". When the waitress eventually apologised she told us that it was just accident and it could have been worse, she could have broken the glasses. My husband went inside to try and clean and dry himself without any concerns or assistance from any staff. We were then charged for all our drinks but was told that they wouldn't charge us for the spilt drinks! We asked to speak to management as we were astonished at their poor attitude.The reply was that there is no management. The waitress gave us a discount for one drink for which, she made quite clear it was from her wages, making us feel to be guilty ones!!! All in all, a complete disappointment to our abruptly ended night.. we all left feeling angry, extremely disappointed and my husband, humiliated, litrally soaked from his waist to his feet and the job of trying to salvage his trainers...We certainly will not be recommending this...

Was here a couple of days back and had a really great time during the evening with great drinks and good service. The place is something really different from anything else in the Urb of La Marina; laid back and cosy atmosphere, bohemian and relaxed furniture, a perfect place just to hang around. Today (Sunday afternoon) we had finally got the kids to join and they had high expectations of the Tetenia; afternoon tea, cheesecake etc. Very dressed up and happy to see some other place than the regular restaurants, they were very sad and disapointed when they could get neither the cheesecake nor the afternoon tea. Pre order of afternoon tea was necessary. On a Sunday? With no information on the menu? Finally we got a carrot cake (frozen) and some dry scones with jam. Next time we hope for something better. And next time will not be this year, since all days are fullt booked until our flight...

Absolutely wonderful garden bar, beautiful and relaxing. This place was an absolute delight to visit, we had the house white and a cheese board to accompany it, simply delicious! The cheese selection was fantastic, really nice combinations of different cheeses with such diverse flavours that complimented one another perfectly.

The scenery here was so pretty, felt like you were in your own secret garden enjoying the delights on offer.

I can't recommend this place enough, especially for the house white wine and the cheese board! (But be sure to check out the cocktails and afternoon tea selections as well, these look superb!)

The owners of this place have done an absolutely outstanding job here, the place is a masterpiece experience. We will be back in the future, 100%!
