We discovered this place a while ago during COVID restrictions and we went there quite a few times. We were treated like princes, nice trays with brunches, smiles and "Is everything ok?" questions, very considerate waiters, paying attention to us and our needs. The place was almost empty back then and we kept coming to help and because we loved the cats there. We went there again today after we called to book a table for brunch. 2 adults and 1 small kid. We ordered the brunches and we asked what the kid can eat from the menu. The waiter responded "Nothing". Then he reconsidered and said "Maybe something from your brunch?" The waiter brought one single tray containing 2 brunches all mixed together. That never happened before. 2 portions of each were crowded on a single plate, of course the amount was considerable smaller than if the 2 portions were on separate plates as usual. The cakes were crowded on top of the hot bread which was now full of sugar. The refillable water bottle had something floating inside. The waiter didn.t smile at all, not one single time. The kid was not even acknowledged, I had to go ask for a plate and silverware than again I had to go ask for a napkin. We finished the brunch and nobody came to ask if we want the coffee or tea included so we had to ask them. And when the waiter got them, he just put them quickly on the table with a loud noise, barely looking at us. Then we asked for the check and for 10 minutes nobody came. We had to ask again. The only single time the waiter actually smiled and said something nice was when we left and he was all "We hope to have you back soon!" We will definetely not come there ever again. A beautiful story ended today because they had enough customers not to care about customer service. Sad. I guess at the end of the day it.s all about money... Last but not least today were a bunch of plastic car toys on the playground. All of them were defective, broken pieces of plastic with sharp edges, actually potential dangerous...

Read moreHave been there several times for brunches, lunches and dinners.
The brunch is superb! Great food, creative, beautifully presented and great value for the money.
For dinner I asked about vegan options and they whipped something delicious up for me. Other times I ordered of the menu and it was all very tasty, nice quality.
Today we just dropped by for a bite to eat fairly late, well after lunch time. Nevertheless, we were not sent away, but kindly greeted like old friends. We even received a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and were able to have a full meal, without being rushed, in spite of the late hour.
So far during each of our visits, the food has been superb. No matter what we ordered and it has always been great value for the money, great quality and wonderfully presented.
The staff is unfailingly incredibly kind and helpful. I was even allowed to bring a shelter dog with me who needed to learn "scary situations". Without being asked, the waiters brought him a bowl of water and were so nice with him, teaching him that not all humans are scary. It was truly touching. Such understanding. Such kindness.
Thank you Guiseppe and colleagues!!
