Our server was 5 of 5 stars. The food quality, price and restaurant in general feel makes the whole experience 1 of 5 stars. Our server did a great job of making us smile and attending to our table, taking away garbage and napkins etc. We didn't get his name but our bill said his name was Jesus. If he hadn't been so friendly and polite and we weren't so tired and hungry we probably would have complained heavily about the quality of food, bill price for the food served etc at the time we sat down to eat. As it happened we had a great 2 days in the park and were mad tired and decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner - meaning we could spend the family budget on a big meal - and decided to splurge. Instead we ate what we're were given, paid the crazy high bill and kept our mouths shut about the food then as our daughter was happy and our server did his very best to keep our daughter and us smiling. We give 1 of 5 stars total as the price for the food was insane for the quality of food that was delivered. At a final bill of €62 and change for a Raclette Burger, The chicken pasta (which is American Macaroni and Cheese with chicken on top), and the kids menu. The burger was cold and the cheese and bun definitely microwaved and rock hard - didn't get a chance to honestly comment to the random girl who showed up an instant after the burger was delivered asking if the meat looked ok as we hadn't a chance to take a bite. Small bonus was no where on the menu did it say the burger came with fries and we were not expecting anything to be added for free at the prices and airport style / inside park price gouging we expected when we walked in. Jesus did know there was a printed menu on the back of the table setting paper so we didn't need a QR code / mobile with battery left. So we did get the plate with the burger filled with soggy old french fries which are great when your hungry and Jesus did provide ample salsas of mustard, ketchup and BBQ sauce to extra soak them in before consumption. The pasta aka Mac and cheese did taste good but was at leftover / microwave presentation level, temperature, and hardness. The kids menu is filling and has taste but for the price they charge a joke and an insult to parents. A thin crust pizza with tiny hot dog pieces. Really Fosters Hollywood you should be ashamed as a franchise. Yes, we did expect a stupid high bill to eat in a restaurant in the park. No, we should not have been served leftovers disguised as proper courses. Our daughter was happy for her time in the park and the staff you could see knew the score and tried to keep the illusion up and our spirits so we kept our mouths shut during our visit. Well here is the complaint and warning now to others. Don't. Don't waste good money on bad food. Don't risk it. You could see it on the faces of the staff that this was pretty normal. If our bill had been a 1/3 the price we paid the experience would have been 5 of 5 stars as the leftovers did taste good just not worthy of €60 to a family on a budget trying to have a nice night out. Plus the Coca Cola was definitely not Coca Cola tasting. Again we were to tired to complain then and we did want to keep our daughter smiling and immersed in enjoy the magic of the park as a whole. Do better Foster's Hollywood. Not nice to hose a family on their holidays inside a theme park nor...
Read moreTL;DR: Don't come. The food took too long to arrive and it arrived cold and not cooked enough. The waiters were nice but almost none of them speak English. We and the other tables looked at each other while waiting and we were all getting angry.
The whole story: We ordered tex & cheese fries (which was awesome) and 2 burgers. We got the fries 10 minutes later, can't complain. But 45 minutes later we still didn't get the burgers, so we asked what is going on with that. I stood up and walked around the restaurant and saw that most of the tables doesn't have any food on them and there are people waiting for their food!!! While waiting to get a waiter that understands English I read reviews here and read that someone got their burgers raw and I wished that at least we got the burgers and they'll be okay.
We spoke to the supervisor (after a waiter suggested that), he apologied, explained that he has problem in the kitchen and said the food will be here in a few minutes. 5 minutes later the food arrives, and guess what? My burger was medium rare and I was fine with that, but my girlfriend's burger was RED! Both of the burgers were cold, and that sounds impossible after almost an hour of cooking. They were rude enough to not compensate us and told us to pay for the fries...
