MARXA Chiringuito — Restaurant in San Roque

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Marxa Chiringuito, in the gorgeous context of the SO Sotogrande hotel, and it was a truly exceptional experience.

The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the sea that perfectly complement the relaxed, beachside atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a menu that caters to a variety of tastes. The seafood, in particular, was outstanding – perfectly cooked and full of flavor.

The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed and were more than happy to accommodate our special requests. The ambiance is both lively and laid-back, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch or a sunset dinner with friends or family.

Tried Hi So restaurant at the newly refurbished hotel and we were not disappointed. We booked an evening meal for 8.00pm and enjoyed the sunset followed by a great meal. The new hotel is nice, they’ve done a good job. The staff were attentive and, mostly, they looked after us very well - the hotel is only a few weeks old!
