Told them clearly before sitting down and ordering that I have allergies and asked if they could accommodate. I was assured that everything is cooked fresh and my request would be followed. When the food came, it had the exact ingredients I specifically asked to be left out. When I raised it, I was told the chef just “put it on top and removed it” which is completely unacceptable and dangerous for someone with allergies.

They brought the dish back and it was undercooked, and I could still find traces of the ingredients I’m allergic to. I also ordered two cheese naans, only one came, and no one seemed to know where the other was.

Customer service was poor throughout. When I pointed out the issues, I was told it was because they had a large reservation for 300 people. That’s not a valid excuse for serving unsafe food or ignoring individual customers.

I came alone and was seated with random people without asking me first. Then they sat me next to someone who had just come in for a takeaway and was openly spitting. It was honestly disgusting.

I paid and left. I won’t go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have allergies or expect even...

I waited for a hour and a half in a very hostile environment. I've been living in Spain since long and always complained about the so-called Pakistani restaurants (especially in Madrid). But trust me, this place is arguably the best Pakistani restaurant in entire Spain. I'm not exaggerating. It's just because the food was so delicious that it brought a smile upon my face. I had "chicken jalfarezi" and the taste was so original. If you happen to be in Barcelona, I'd strongly recommend to have your lunch/dinner here.
