Been here last week for a dinner with some friends. The quality of the food, drinks and service were so bad I would recommend this place to no one. 20 euro cocktails which is a “normal” price but poured in to cheap glasses, bloody mary was literally wodka with thin tomato juice and no spices, strawberry daiquiri of such a low quality. Some of us drunk wine, normally spoken in a restaurant of this kind the rest of the wine glasses will be removed but they stood on the table for the rest of the night. Had to ask staff all the time for drinks not once they asked it theirselves.
Then food, we have ordered some starters which were fine, staff could not tell us how many pieces were inside the dishes and had to ask literally all of the questions to the kitchen. Dirty cutlery lay on the table till main course got served.
The main course, before receiving this one of the hosts came to tell us the 2 persons sushi platter was taking longer then the rest of the main courses which was okay and we told them to bring everything together. The other persons dishes came earlier and the beef was overcooked so we send it back to the kitchen. The sushi came later then all of the other dishes and only 1/2 of the platter came in. Sushi was tasteless, spicy tuna way to spicy after 30 mins we asked for the rest of the platter which came in later. Inside out avocado rolls full with brown spots and hard rice.
Come to ibiza each year and eat in a lot of good restaurants but we are never coming back to this one. Sad as the ambiance is good and it has potential. Please invest in your staff and...
Read moreI came to this restaurant hoping for a pleasant dining experience, but after learning more, I was truly disappointed with how the owner handles things.
First of all, regarding the food, the quality is just passable. The dishes aren’t particularly special, the flavors are average, and they leave no lasting impression. Although the prices aren’t exorbitant, with this level of quality, I believe there are better options available elsewhere.
The most concerning issue here is the owner - Mr.Lap ’s attitude and behavior. After hearing several accounts from those who work here, I found out that Mr.Lap has been withholding employees’ wages and has yet to address the issue properly. A restaurant may not be perfect in terms of food, but the way it treats its employees is something that cannot be overlooked. Instead of supporting and respecting the staff, the owner has ignored their basic rights, which I find truly disgraceful.
If you care not only about the taste of food but also about how a restaurant operates and treats its people, I suggest you think twice before coming here. The quality of service isn’t just what’s on the table, but also the core values that a business...
Read moreAvoid big time … if you know the real taste of Asia! I think they thought with Tom Gha Kai - that Tom stands for Tomato. It was some kind of Tomato soup, a small portion for 16 euro! The pieces of chicken on the sate skewers are so tiny, that you almost could not taste it. Besides of that, it was too well done and cold!! The peking duck was too well done as well. It was like chips and the waitress started a discussion that chives are the same as spring onion and hoi sin sauce the same as peanut sauce… ok never mind…then they told us they would make it up with us but when we got the bill, the manager was “no where to find”…On top of that, they suggested 20 % tip LOL!!! Needless to say, the service and hospitality was terrible. There were may people around us complaining about the service and bad quality of the food. Such, such a dissapointment...
