Lights/production amazing, but sound system was 4/10. (If sound isn’t something you think or care about then this review may not matter to you) However, for me and my friends the sound is a huge factor, being techno/tech house music lovers and experienced ravers, and we all felt it was a letdown on the nights we attended. Just to note, we had attended Privilege many times over the years and they never had this issue with their Funktion One system (I believe UNVRS has an l’acoustic) I attended Elrow the first night, and I won’t take away from them their night is amazing and the effort their crew puts in is second to none, however the sound was severely lacking at times. It was at stages in the night, an acceptable level to enjoy, but became tinny with unprofesional dips in the sound level and feeling at various stages. The second night we attended Carl Cox’ night, and the sound was nothing short of terrible. For Ida Engbergs warmup set in particular it was extremely low. They turned it up a bit for Sven and Carl but nowhere near the elite sound you would expect from an Ibiza superclub especially a new one. No immersion, and again noticeable dips in volume and amplitude at times, very inconsistent and no immersion whatsoever, which is a shame for the real king of techno’s return to the island. Many people in the taxi que leaving were commenting on the poor sound. Others I have seen comment saying the sound was amazing when they visited, and I’m open to think it may have been, and it could just have been the sound engineer or technical issues on the nights I attended, and I do hope this is the case. However I am a veteran raver of over 15 years at this stage, and have gone to all the major techno festivals and Ibiza clubs for years at this stage - I know good club sound from bad, and the nights I attended, it was bad. This could be due to a number of factors; local noise complaints, technical issues, even an inexperienced club sound engineer on the nights, but I feel UNVRS should address this issue with the amount of money that they have invested into the place. The artists deserve better, and the consumers certainly deserve better with the price of tickets and drinks - the club must be taking in serious money on a weekly basis and good sound should be a given. Positives though, the club lighting and production is unbelievable, and overall vibe is great. The crowd were all nice and respected club etiquette, and I didn’t feel it was overcrowded on the nights I was there as previous people have said. Staff were all sound. Hoping reviews like this are actually seen and taken seriously by UNVRS, and I really hope they address the sound issues as if the sound matched the rest of the things Iv mentioned I would honestly rate it a 10/10, but for now, it stays 5/10 overall.

Unbelievable club and experience.

In my opinion a world-class venue with some caveats UNVRS sets the standard for what a premium clubbing experience should look like in Ibiza. The venue itself is genuinely impressive: everything feels meticulously planned and executed, from the architectural design to the crowd flow management. The level of organization here is refreshing compared to some of the more chaotic venues on the island. “The Good” The sound system is absolutely phenomenal. Crystal clear audio that hits every corner of the venue without being overwhelming. Clearly they have invested serious money in the audio engineering. Paired with their lighting system, which is nothing short of spectacular, the production value creates an immersive experience that justifies UNVRS's reputation as a top-tier venue. Given the quality of the venue and production, the entrance fees and VIP table prices must not come as a shock. You are paying for a premium experience, and in most respects, you get it. Special mention goes to Vicio's burgers served inside: they are genuinely excellent and a cut above typical club food. The drinks are OK, though nothing extraordinary. “The Disappointing” Here is where things get frustrating: the standing Cloud area VIP tickets are seriously overpriced for what you get. Unless you secure one of the limited VIP tables at the bottom section (which do offer decent views), you will find yourself paying premium prices for a viewing experience that is frankly disappointing. The area is positioned too far from the DJ booth, and the sightlines are poor. For the money they are asking, the location feels like an afterthought. “Bottom Line” UNVRS delivers on most fronts, but be strategic about your ticket choice. Either go with regular entry and enjoy the excellent production from the main floor, or if you are willing to invest in VIP, spring for an actual table rather than the standing Cloud area tickets. The venue has the bones to be perfect: they just need to rethink their Cloud area pricing structure. Would I return? Absolutely, but I would skip the standing VIP Cloud area entirely next time.

I wanted to share what a great experience I had at Universe on the 12th August 2025. I was coming to the club with a large group of friends for a friends 50th bday party. Unfortunately for me I was coming to the club on crutches after injuring my knee a few days before we arrived.

As we were all walking towards the entrance of the club, a security man of Universe saw me on crutches and came immediately to take my girlfriend and I through a back entrance for speed and to reduce my walking time. He kindly ushered us through the back door where a another staff member beside a lift took me and explained that at any time I needed to go between the floors of the ground to the 2nd, to come to him and he would send me up or down in the lift. I was blown away by their professionalism and kindness.

When I was on my way to a toilet, again another member of staff saw me and said to not go there but he instead kindly guided me to the disabled toilets so I would be more comfortable. I was shocked again. As it was quite early friends got me to the front of the main room where I could have a little space and lean on parts of stage as I was unable in any way to dance due to my injury.

At around 4am I wanted to go from the front to the rear of the main room but could see it was going to be super difficult as by this stage the room was packed. Beside me was a VIP area and I asked the security man if I could please go via the VIP as it would be easier for me than to try and walk through on crutches. He immediately told me and my partner to stay with him whilst he radioed someone in. Within 2 minutes max, 2 huge kind and friendly security came to me and told me to put one hand on his shoulder, put my partner behind me with the 2nd security guard behind my partner. They then politely and calmly walked me all the way to the back clearing my path.

I was BLOWN AWAY by the kindness, professionalism, and training of all the staff had to look out for anyone that may have a mobility issue. UNIVERSE, I can not say thank you enough for how you made me feel that night. Having been gutted I came to Ibiza a few days after an accident and going to this club, I was bit down as I thought I would struggle through the club on crutches. Not at all. You have left the best taste in my mouth at how you ensure EVERYONE has an amazing experience in your venue. Congratulations for your caring of your clients.

My friends and I were all blown away by your professionalism. 2 days later I was going to Pacha which I have been to before. My fiends and I were joking that we would score the client care compared to the 2 clubs. When I got to Pacha entrance, they searched my crutches for drugs :). There was zero care or help apart from one kind security guy who helped me down the stairs to the toilet clearing the path but no help from anyone else. To be honest that is what I generally expected from any club.

What you did Universe for me was off the scale!! I salute you Universe and all your kind well trained staff! I shall be back!

5 star review ++

thank you from the bottom...

The atmosphere in the club is great. I really like the look and size of the club, the sound system, live performance and the lighting effects are insane. The parking lot is big enough, and entry into the club is smooth and hassle-free. The security guards are fair and constantly patrol around the club, the dance floor, etc. Overall, this is definitely an experience one should have in life, especially if you like this kind of music. Regarding the ambiance, sound, club size, dancers, and lighting effects, I haven't been to a better club. However, what I don't like and find unacceptable, and why I only gave 3 stars, is the following:

The price of water in the club: I understand the principle of "prestige" and the club's target on luxury and corresponding clientele, but as has been repeatedly mentioned in reviews here: Water is a basic necessity, and its price should be "accessible to everyone." It's not normal for the price of water to be practically the same as the price of beer and other alcoholic drinks in the club. I understand offering "luxury" drinks at luxury prices (champagne, vodka boat...), but guests should choose what they drink, and water, as stated, should be accessible to everyone.

On the other hand, if the club targets "prestige," it's also illogical that you receive, for example, a Gin and Tonic for €26 in a plastic cup. I understand the safety aspect, but still.

Excessive crowding in the club (too many tickets sold?): I was there for Korolova and Guetta, and the crowd was unbelievable. It's relatively normal on the dance floor, but it took 20 minutes to push your way out. The staircase was also full of people. I'm not sure how an evacuation would proceed in case of an emergency.

Too few restrooms, or restrooms only upstairs near the entrance. If it's crowded and you're on the dance floor, you spend 20 minutes trying to get to the restroom. I can't shake the impression that while the club is excellently organized and worth visiting, the owners are only concerned with money and not with the comfort and enjoyment of the guests. Regarding the price of water, I also don't "buy" what some say—that this is simply connected to the "excellent organization" and consequently high...
