I’d rate this as one of my top favs in Japanese Fusion food. Their rolls are out of this world!

Venue: 5/5 Tiny space with no more than 20 tables. Mostly for two. Not the best place to go for large groups unless you plan to reserve the entire place.

Service: 5/5 Kind staff. Our waitress was helpful giving recommendations and checking in on us.

Food: 5/5 recommend everything listed below:)

Chicken curry bao €10.50: steamed bun stuffed with battered chicken and an amazing pineapple, jalapeño, curry sauce.

Kutoshi €13.90: ura-maki w foie, mango, crispy onions, eel, and teriyaki sauce.

Kanzo €12.90: ura-maki w foie, avocado, bluefin tuna, and a delicious strawberry jam

Spicy Tuna €13.90: ura-maki rolled in masago roe, avocado, tuna tartare, and a bit of spicy.

Shito €12.50: a salmon ura-maki with cream cheese and more salmon with a salty caramelized onion, spicy sliced almonds and ponzu sauce.

Nutella chocolate mousse with crunchy crumble on the bottom: this wasn’t on the menu but is one of the seasonal desserts they have. Absolutely amazing and would highly recommend this if you love chocolate. Cross your fingers and hope it’s still there...

Japanese food made by Brazilians in a professional way with a homemade touch. They don't have an extensive or exotic menu, and they shouldn't. It is, by far, the best option in the city if you are looking for tasty, uncomplicated, honest, not overpriced food. Excellent.

Very small place but comfortable. Friendly service in my experience (I have been there twice).

If you are, one of the many with a teenager palate, looking for some rice embedded in a big amount of flavoured mayonnaise and/or in teriyaki sauce, covered in fried onions from the supermarket; well, this is not the place. In that case, you should be looking...

Abarquemos los los aspectos fundamentales: Servicio. Correcto, en nuestro caso una camarera simpática y amable. Apenas había nadie cuando fuimos (hora de cenar de un día entre semana, en septiembre), pronto, diría que acababan de abrir. Calidad de la comida. En mi opinión, la comida estaba buena. Sí que es cierto que se supone que hay platos "fusión", pero lo que pedimos nosotros era bastante japonés y no me percaté de si había algún toque brasileño. Mea culpa. Las porciones adecuadas, como suele ser habitual en los restaurantes de corte asiático. En nuestro caso, pedimos Yakisoba Niwatori y Yakimeshi Koushi, que los trajeron en platos estilo wok. Precio: los platos que pedimos rondan los 10-11EUR cada uno, por lo cual es un rango aceptable. Recordemos que Sant Cugat tampoco es la panacea en lo que a restaurantes baratos se refiera, así que, bien. Los refrescos creo recordar que eran de los grandes (350ml), 2,5EUR, lo cual está por debajo de la media de este 2023. Las instalaciones. En nuestro caso, teníamos mesa dentro del local pequeño, al final del todo. El aire acondicionado estaba realmente fuerte, pero pedimos que lo bajaran y así lo hicieron. También creo recordar que tienen terraza, porque el local es pequeño.

Como suele ser de interés saber la valoración global, os digo que sí que volvería a ir si me pilla por la zona y me apetece su estilo de comida. En principio, tampoco iría adrede.
